Clas Håkansson

Clas Håkansson is an internationally active artist and designer whose visual world revolves around glass, wine, and luxury aesthetics. Using motifs such as the naked wine bottle and a realistically painted label as his starting point, he has created a recognizable expression—a blend of exclusivity and playful concept.
Originally working as an advertising creator in Sweden, Clas Håkansson has gained experience over the years from the art scenes in New York, Rome, Dubai, and other places.
Since 2019/2020, he has been a designer at Orranäs Glasbruk in Orrefors, where he is developing the art glass series “ART FROM THE WINE.”
In his glass and artworks, he combines high-quality finishes with materials such as gold leaf, LED lighting, and glass design to create objects that feel both timeless and contemporary.
The works are not only visual but also refer to lifestyle, wine culture, and design—an aesthetic encounter between the craft of glass and the artist’s identity.
