Try-out glassmaking at Orranäs Glassworks – a unique experience!
Try-out glassmaking can be booked between 10-15 tuesday-friday. (Bookings can be made on site if there are times available, but it is best to pre-book by phone: 0735-358 358 or email: hello@orranasglasbruk.se)
- Massive glass orb – 600 SEK
- Drinking glass – 750 SEK
- Blow your own bowl / vase – 1250 SEK (about 20 min)
Your own design – we turn your idea into reality
Do you have a glass idea? Have it made by our master craftsman!
The price depends on the time spent on production – normally 30 min to 1 hour, depending on the design and wishes for size and more. Our master craftsman, with his/her knowledge of the possibilities of glass, will help you in the design process to get the best possible result.

Can be booked during most afternoons – but depends on available master craftsman on site with us for the day.

To consider:
- The glass is ready to collect at lunchtime the following day as it needs to be cooled slowly overnight to avoid cracking.
- Shipping is subject to a shipping fee.
- Age limit 8 years old.
- The guardian/legal guardian has full responsibility for their child on the Glassworks premises.
We go through safety procedures before the experience, but all try-outs are at your own risk.
