We save the following personal data about our customers:
If you register as a customer in the webshop, the following information is saved:
First name, last name, company/organization, e-mail, personal/organization number, VAT number, address, postal code, city and telephone number.
If you place an order in the webshop, the following information is saved:
IP address, e-mail, personal/organization number, VAT number, address, company, first name, last name, address, postal code, city and telephone number.
As a customer, you can request extracts, changes or deletion of this information at any time. Your personal data is handled with the utmost confidentiality and is not sold to third parties.
WordPress (this e-commerce platform) uses so-called session cookies. These are used to manage your choices in the online store, such as items in the shopping cart and customer login information. The session cookie is deleted from your computer when you close your browser. If you do not accept cookies, some of the functions of the online store will not work.
HOW TO SHOP
When you have found something you want to buy, click “Buy” or “Add to cart” and your item will be added to the cart, continue shopping until you are satisfied. If you want to change something in your cart, click on the top right corner of the cart. When you are done, click on “Checkout” which is also located in the top right corner of the shopping cart. At the checkout, first check that your order is correct and choose your delivery method and payment method. Read our terms and conditions and accept them. With the “Klarna Checkout” payment method, fill in your email address and later your postal code.
Once you have checked that your address details are correct, click on “Finalize purchase”. The purchase is now complete and your goods will be delivered to your home shortly. Be sure to leave the correct mobile number and email address as DB Schenker Privpak sends out its notifications via mobile or email.

There is information about the conditions for each payment option before you make your choice. With Klarna you always have at least 30 days to pay, all at once or in installments. You must be at least 18 years old to shop in our store and with Klarna.

Any discount codes are valid for a limited and specified period of time and cannot be combined with other offers. Discount codes do not apply to our art glass (unique or limited edition products).
Pick up your goods yourself: Shipping 0 SEK
If you choose to pick up your goods yourself in the shop, Orranäs Glasbruk, there is no shipping fee.

Goods sent to your parcel agent: Free shipping
We normally process your order within 48 hours from when you place your order until the item(s) leave our warehouse. We normally deliver your package within 2-5 days. Your package is sent with DB Schenker Privpak with the exception of jewelry or miniature blocks that are sent with PostNord. For undelivered packages that are returned, we reserve the right to charge the customer 400 SEK for return shipping and administrative costs. We normally only deliver within Sweden.
Be careful when entering your mobile number. Schenker notifies our customers by sending a text message.

It is up to you as a customer to provide a valid and correct delivery address and correct mobile number. If for any reason we receive a package that has not been collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 400, regardless of the purchase amount, to cover our administrative costs, shipping and return shipping.
In connection with your purchase, an automatic order confirmation is sent out. If you discover something that is not correct, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com so that we can correct the error before your package is sent. An order confirmation will automatically be sent to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. Please check carefully that you enter the correct email address at checkout. If you do not receive your automatic order confirmation, please contact Customer Services.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/ OPEN PURCHASE
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you received your order. During Christmas we offer an extended right of withdrawal until 31/1.
You can open the packaging and look at the item, but it must be returned to us in unused and unchanged condition and in a complete original package for a full refund. The customer is responsible for shipping in the case of canceled purchases and exchanges.
If the item or packaging is not in unaltered condition, you still have the right to return the item but with the consequence that a price deduction will be made for the decrease in value. Please contact us in the store for handling such a case.
The return postage for the item is paid by the customer. You can use the attached return slip and hand it in to a Schenker agent. Always contact us before returning unwanted goods. Include a copy of the receipt and delivery note as well as your name and address.
We do not accept returns sent by cash on delivery. Please note that uncollected shipments do NOT count as returns or canceled purchases – you must always pick up an ordered package, then you can return it.
The return must be sent no later than 14 days after you inform us of the return. Refunds will be made within 14 days of informing us of the return provided we have received your shipment.
You must take action when you receive your goods. Check the condition of the goods and their packaging when they are handed over to you. Count the quantity to ensure that it matches the information on the consignment note.
If the goods are damaged when you collect them:
Accept the goods, but never sign the consignment note without first making a note on the receipt part.
The note does not have to be detailed, but it is necessary for the damage to be settled. The purpose of the remark is to prove that the damage occurred when the freight company handled the goods. You should also try to limit the damage whenever possible.
If you discover damaged goods when you open your package:
If the damage could only be discovered during unpacking (hidden by packaging), you must report the damage to us within four (4) working days of receipt in order for it to be considered.
Many times we want to inspect the damage. Therefore, you may not return, sell or repair the damaged goods without first contacting us. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will compensate you in an appropriate way, with a new equivalent product or a refund. In the case of complaints, we pay the shipping costs. In the event of a complaint, you should contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is always you, the customer, who must be able to show that the goods are damaged. This means that you should normally provide us with the following documents:
- Damage report with a clear description of the damage and photos.
- Consignment note number
- Invoice or delivery note number.
- Any other documents that you think are important for the damage to be correctly settled.
